Administrative Manager
Sarah Heath is our Administrative Manager. Sarah takes care of the Human Resources, Health & Safety, Payroll, and Accounting aspects of LEADWAVE® Technologies Inc. as well as a number of office management duties.
Sarah was born and raised in the Sarnia area, leaving home only to earn her Honours Degree in Commerce from the University of Windsor. While at Windsor, her studies were concentrated in the Management and Labour aspects of commerce. Following graduation she spent 2 years working in the HR and Recruiting field, then 7 years as an Office Manager in the Logistics field, before entering the I.T. field when she joined the team at LEADWAVE®.
Sarah is happily married to her high-school sweetheart and they are the parents to two active boys. Sarah also enjoys volunteering with the Forest Legion Pipe Band as their base drummer. She says she feels grateful that she can come to work where she feels appreciated for her efforts and enjoys the people she spends the days with.
