CEO & Co-Founder
Aaron Weir is a founder of LEADWAVE® Technologies Inc. He currently holds the title of CEO. As LEADWAVE® has grown Aaron’s position in the company has changed, when it all began he was a field technician helping build the company by working everyday hands-on with clients. Now that LEADWAVE® has grown, he helps manage the operation of the company along with co-founder Mat Berube.
Aaron was born and raised in Sarnia, he graduated from Northern High school in 1998, his first work experience with computers came at age 16 with a co-op placement at a local computer store. He has never looked back and from that point on has been working in this industry for 20 years. Along the way he went to Lambton College for an accelerated program where he earned several industry certifications, including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator and Microsoft Certified Professional.
Aaron enjoys working with the clients and staff of LEADWAVE®, and he truly is appreciative of the great staff and clients that really make LEADWAVE® successful. As father of 5 and step-father to 2 Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
