How well has your IT support company been looking after you during lockdown?

Of course, the lockdown was so sudden that everyone was caught a bit unprepared.  Just like most IT support companies, we had the busiest two weeks in our history.

Our main priority was that we put our clients first and made sure that everyone and their teams were set up correctly and safely, to work remotely.

Then we called them regularly, to see what frustrations they had working from home; and of course, we did whatever we could to help fix all problems.

We’ve been so humbled to receive fantastic praise from our clients. Like this:

C.G. (Educational Sector Client)

“We recommend LEADWAVE for their support over the past few months during lockdown. We are also VERY thankful that they had Microsoft Teams rolled out to help us all work remotely more efficiently.”

H.V. (Industrial Sector Client)

“We thank LEADWAVE for helping during the COVID-19 shutdown, it really solidified the value they offer and confirmed our decision to go with them. So much so that we are looking at expanding our contract with them to include one of our child companies.”

N.T. (Government Sector Client)

“I just wanted to pass along a message of appreciation. I appreciate how challenging it can be working at this time. The techs have been helpful in keeping us running remotely. It is all greatly appreciated.”

We’ve been talking to many business owners and managers over the last few weeks, and we’ve heard some real horror stories about lazy IT support companies.

If you’re even a little annoyed with your current IT support company, we should talk.

You don’t owe them anything, and they’re not going to get any better in the months ahead.

This may sound harsh, but it’s true. Many IT support companies rose to the challenge and really looked after their clients.  The others just got lazy.

This lockdown has shown to owners and managers just how important IT support is to business.  Now let us show you just how important great IT support is.

I’ve made it easy for us to have a short discussion. You can see my live calendar on the right, and book a 15 minute video call at a time that suits us both.

It’s really important you know that:

  1. This is just an exploratory call at this stage to see how we might be able to help
  2. There’s no commitment to buy anything, ever
  3. We’ll focus on making your life easier, not how your current IT has failed to do so.
  4. No matter how long you have left on your existing contract, we should still talk
  5. I’ll freely give you as much strategic advice as you like. Helping businesses be more productive and profitable through the correct use of technology is fun, for me
