We want you to think of us as your IT department. This means that anything you would normally request from an IT department is what we aim to provide.
Included in your agreement is unlimited Remote Helpdesk and Onsite support, Virus and Malware Protection Software AND Remediation Services, Industry Leading Enterprise-Class Internet Security Gateways, A world-class Backup and Disaster recovery system including onsite hardware appliance and offsite cloud storage and retention, Email and Microsoft 365 Services Management, 24×7 Monitoring of your critical infrastructure systems, Support and Vendor Management for all your Third-Party IT equipment such as VoIP phone systems and network-attached printers and copiers, giving you the peace of mind of having only one number to call or one address to email when those systems require support. Finally, our world-class vCIO Services, ensure that both our interests are aligned and that all your needs are met throughout the term of your agreement.
Your dedicated Account Manager and vCIO (Virtual Chief Information Officer) will meet with you, in person or via video conference at minimum, once per quarter. The purpose of this meeting is to help with planning the next quarter and address any concerns of the previous quarter. This is meant as an open discussion where you can also present your goals and struggles so that your vCIO can take them back to our award-winning team of Solutions Engineers and Architects to help create an IT solution to your real-world frustrations.
As our monthly services also include tagging and management of your IT asset inventory, your dedicated vCIO can also assist in capital planning for upcoming equipment needs and the management of your regular IT hardware lifecycle.
Finally, with the constant evolution of our industry and new services it presents daily, rest assured that your vCIO will be able to help navigate you through all these innovative technologies as they appear. He or she will provide you with basic consulting assistance for research and implementation, to help improve your processes and productivity. Examples would include help in the use of currently emerging technologies such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint in today’s modern workplace.
